Most of our delivery work happens in Vietnam, where Adamo Software has built and trained its engineering and AI practice since 2018. That is the role of Adamo APAC: a Singapore presence for engagement, backed by senior engineering teams in Vietnam.
Our regional presence extends to Australia through Adamo Australia, which supports clients across ANZ. Together, the three offices give us reach across Asia-Pacific while keeping engineering depth concentrated in Vietnam, where it works best.

We say no when a project does not match our capability, and we are explicit about where the boundary is. It is how we protect long-term client relationships from over-promise and under-delivery.
We hold ISO 27001 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications because the underlying engineering practices matter for the kind of work we do. Code review on every change, automated testing, dependency scanning, secrets management, audit logging, and structured release processes are not optional even on small projects. The clients we work with deal with real users, real money, or real operations - software quality is not negotiable when that is the case.
AI is one of our core practices, not a marketing layer. We build AI features that ship to production - demand forecasting, document processing for KYC and customs, conversational AI for customer support - supported by the data engineering work that makes these features possible. We are equally clear about where AI does not belong: irreversible decisions, regulated workflows that require explainability, and any process where a wrong output cannot be safely undone. AI accelerates human work in these areas. It does not replace human judgment in them.
Most clients we work with already have systems in place: ERP, accounting platforms, operational software, e-commerce platforms. Our approach favors building custom software that works with these systems rather than replacing them. Replacement projects are high-risk and high-cost; integration projects deliver value faster and with less disruption. We will recommend the higher-leverage path even when the larger project would be more revenue for us.
