Do you build WMS / TMS from scratch, or work on top of existing systems?

Both, depending on what makes sense for the operation. Building from scratch is the right call when off-the-shelf options have become operational constraints - typically at higher volumes, in multi-tenant 3PL setups, or with unusual workflow requirements. Working on top of an existing WMS or TMS (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Descartes, or smaller vendors) is faster and lower-risk when the core system works but needs orchestration, custom interfaces, or integration. We will recommend the path that matches your situation, not the one that gives us more revenue.

How long does a custom WMS project typically take?

Adamo holds ISO 27001 (information security management) and ISO 9001:2015 (quality management). These are real certifications, verifiable through our certifying bodies. Our engineering practices include mandatory code review, dependency scanning in continuous integration, secrets management, encrypted communications, audit logging, and coordination with third-party penetration testing firms on production launches where scope requires it. We can share our security documentation under NDA during evaluation.

Can you integrate with our existing ERP and TMS, or do we need to replace them?

Integration is almost always the right answer when your ERP and TMS are working. Our integration work covers ERP systems including SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, and SAP Business One. For TMS and execution systems, we have experience working alongside major vendor platforms and smaller regional providers. The first technical discussion will identify exactly what integrations are in scope and what risks exist on each one.
