Build a Senior Engineering Team in 1-2 Weeks, Not 9 Months

Minimum contract is 3 months per engineer. After 3 months, the engagement continues on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days notice for changes or termination. Most clients engage us for 12+ months as the long-term continuity is where dedicated teams deliver most value.

Most teams onboard within 1-2 weeks when we can assign existing Adamo engineers (the common case - these engineers are currently working on project-based engagements that can be rebalanced). When we need to recruit externally for specialized skills, onboarding takes 4-6 weeks.

In most cases, engineers are full-time Adamo employees with employment contracts and benefits - not contractors or subcontractors. This ensures stability, accountability, and consistent quality. In rare cases when we need very specialized skills not available in our team, we may recruit externally, but they then become Adamo employees before joining your team.

Most engineers we assign to dedicated teams are at Middle level with minimum 3 years of experience. For complex projects or specific leadership roles (Tech Leads, Solution Architects), we provide Senior level engineers with 5-6+ years of experience. Senior engineers cost approximately 20-25% more than Middle level - most teams use a blend based on project needs.

Daily real-time chat via Slack, MS Teams, or WhatsApp. Daily 15-minute standups covering yesterday's work, today's plan, and blockers. Weekly video meetings via MS Teams or Google Meet for stakeholder alignment. Source code pushed to your GitHub at end of each day. All work logged in Jira (or your task management tool) for full transparency.

Notify us as soon as possible. We first work with the engineer to address the issue. If after 1-2 weeks you're still not satisfied, we arrange a replacement. The handover period typically lasts 1-2 weeks for knowledge transfer, during which we don't charge additional costs. We aim to have a new engineer interviewing within 1 week of your request.

Yes. We offer a minimum 2-week trial period to evaluate performance. This is paid (not free), but it gives you a low-commitment way to validate fit. After the trial, you can either commit to the 3-month minimum or end the engagement with no further obligations.

Source code is stored on our GitLab during development and pushed to your GitHub at the end of each day - you have continuous access and ownership. All IP transfers to your organization from day one through our Master Services Agreement. We do not retain rights to your code, designs, business logic, or any project artifacts.

Adamo-provided laptops and desktops only - engineers cannot use personal devices for work. Every engineer signs an NDA when joining Adamo. We operate under ISO 27001 information security framework with regular audits. Mutual NDAs can be signed with your organization within 24 hours of initial discussions.

Provide 30 days notice and the engagement ends after the notice period. Full source code, documentation, and any project artifacts are handed over. There are no termination penalties beyond the 3-month minimum commitment. We've structured this to be fair — you should be able to leave anytime if dedicated team isn't working, without lock-in concerns.
