Where we rely on deemed consent, we will only do so to the extent reasonable and as permitted under the PDPA. You may withdraw your consent at any time as described in Section 5.

3.1. Communications

If you have contacted us via this website or otherwise, we may use your personal data to respond to your enquiries and to organise meetings, calls, video conferences, or other communications. Please note that such communications may be recorded and stored by Adamo APAC.

3.2. Marketing and public relations

If you have subscribed to our programmes or have otherwise indicated that you wish to receive our marketing materials, we may use the personal data you provided to send you promotional materials, announcements regarding additions and changes to our services, email notifications, and newsletters. 3.4. Recruitment

In specific cases, and only upon a client’s request, we may share your CV with a potential or current client for business engagement or to confirm the skills of our team members. To fulfil their compliance obligations, a client may need to review your background more closely before granting access to their protected data and facilities. We may therefore ask you to provide more specific information, such as tax number, work authorisation, citizenship, criminal background, and other background checks required by particular clients to provide access to their systems and premises.

3.5. Business relations

If you are a representative of our current or potential client, vendor, or business partner, we may use your personal data to organise the approval, processing, and signing of contracts, statements, invoices, and other contractual documentation; to promote our products, works, and services; to confirm the quality of our work; to invite you to or organise meetings and events; and to comply with economic sanctions and export control screening, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and obligations relating to anti-corruption, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering.

3.6. Security

Adamo APAC operates as part of a regional group with engineering operations in Vietnam and a presence in Australia. As a result, your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we take appropriate steps to ensure that the receiving party is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

• Request correction of any personal data we hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Withdraw consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data for any purpose at any time, by giving reasonable notice. Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will cease processing your data for the relevant purpose unless we have a legal basis to continue. Please note that withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide certain services to you. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
